My name is Jay Jahanarai and we have been in the pizza and restaurant business since starting high school about 40 years ago.
Being an Iranian Immigrant, I had to support myself throughout my education, and what better job than restaurants that can accommodate my school hours and mostly allowed me to continue high school and college after school.
I grew into the restaurant business and liked it more and more, specifically in the pizza restaurant.
After getting married, my wife and I decided to open our own pizza restaurant in Lake Forest, California in September 2013.
My wife and two daughters have been big supporters and helped throughout some of the roughest parts of our business operations, specifically during the Covid pandemic.
One of our main success factors has been that we are very community oriented. We helped our community by hosting many fundraisers and charity events. Before opening Brizio pizza, we had a great recipe for our pizza dough and sauce. We always make our dough fresh daily, and always use the freshest and top-of-the-line ingredients, for example using local farm fresh vegetables.
We believe that our customers are our number one priority. We have a very extensive training program for our new employees to make sure they are trained in all aspects of our restaurant operations, including our safety procedures. They are trained to be prompt and respectful, keep a high standard of hygiene, be team players, and always keep a smiley face.
Lastly, our other focus was keeping our pizza restaurant clean at all times, and creating a very friendly, homely environment for our guests.
